Nice to meet you

Hi, my name is Luca Wieszczek and I am a teen entrepreneur. I am 15 years old and I was born and raised in Florida. I currently live in Largo, Florida. I have been homeschooled since 2nd grade and I love the freedom I have being homeschooled, I am looking forward to starting dual enrollment soon. I love spending time with my friends and family, and when I'm not doing schoolwork, I do a ton of different activities in my free time. I enjoy playing sports and I do taekwondo and participate in many theater productions. I also have a scuba diving certification and I am very passionate about playing piano, training my dogs, participating in dog shows, sewing, traveling with my family, listening to music, reading, going to concerts, boating/being out on the water, and practicing my photography skills.

As for my career interest, I have loved animals for my entire life so I'm pretty sure I want to study veterinary medicine (or something else involving dogs.) I have always wanted my career to involve animals and my dream is to become a veterinarian and open my own clinic in the future! I would love to be able to provide dependable and passionate vet care to my patients because I know how much pets mean to their owners. My favorite interests

Scuba diving

I got my scuba diving certification in 2021, and I had so much fun getting it. The reason I like diving so much is because it is so calming being underwater and looking around at all the sea life. Since you're in the water, it's super quiet so it is really relaxing.

Traveling

Traveling with my family is so fun and it is one of my favorite things to do. We make so many memories every time we travel and it is so cool to explore new places. One of my favorite trips was our Costa Rica trip in 2018, going to a different country was such an amazing experience and I had such a great time!

AKC dog shows

I haven't been to a ton of AKC (American Kennel Club) dog shows, but I always have so much fun whenever I go to one and show my whippet Roxie. It is such a cool experience and it is really cool to go to a dog show even if you aren't planning on showing your dog, because there are always so many different breeds to watch.

Piano

I took piano lessons for 6 years, and I had such an amazing teacher that taught me all about music in general and about reading music. I also learned a lot about music rhythm and I did piano recitals while I was taking lessons. I still play piano all the time and I love that I can read music and learn any songs I want! Playing piano is one of the best things to do when I'm bored and just whenever I want to play music.

Boating

I have been out on the water since I was little and I have grown up loving boating, fishing, and swimming in the ocean. I am so lucky to live in Florida because I live so close to the water and we can go in the ocean whenever we want! Boating is really enjoyable because you can go tubing or wakeboarding and go to islands!

Photography

Photography is one of my favorite interests, because you can pretty much involve it in whatever you want, no matter what your interests are. I have taken so many photos of my dogs, plants, mountains (while I was staying in Georgia), and my family with my Dad's Nikon camera. I might get a new camera someday because I actually really enjoy taking photos!
